Whats new in the Bay Area this week

Souvla has opened up a new location in NOPA for those craving their rotisserie meats and greek froyo. For those working in Mid Market, Poke Bar is now available at The Market, a refreshing seafood dish from Hawaii in case you don’t know what it is. Those looking for coffee in West Portal can go to Manor Coffee Shop, which is now The Manor, which is under new ownership. Finally, those in SOMA craving a slice can head over to the Rainbow Grocery Store where Chicks & Love are running the pizza oven weekdays from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. on the patio.
Rockridge Improvement Club, a new bar and cocktail joint taking over the Ye Old Hut spot, opened up its doors at 5515 College Ave. For those that love their Asian fusion dishes, check out Teni East at 4015 Broadway Ave. Next month also happens to be National Ice Cream month, start celebrating early by checking out Icey Cream at 346 Grand Ave.
Fans of Sushi Randy (or Randy Musterer) Sushi confidential rejoice as it’s newest location opened up in Downtown San Jose, occupying the former Sonoma Chicken Coop spot. For those in love with carbs, Manresa Bread opened up it’s second location in Los Altos at 271 State St., featuring freshly baked bread and pastries served alongside Verve Coffee. Finally, The Halal Guys opened up their San Jose location this past Friday at The Plant Shopping Center on Curtner Ave in San Jose.
